The Take-Off

Hi, I'm Silvia and I'm an experienced travel professional and a passionate advocate of the benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation.
My professional and personal experiences have led me on an ongoing journey of discovery, from the wonders of this earth to the beauty of our inner world, and my company Trip Unwind  is the result of this ongoing thirst for knowledge, connection and freedom.
In fact, what started as a way to de stress from the plethora of the draining effects of jetlag, changes in diet and uncomfortable flights, turned into a wonderous and at times perilous journey into my own self which has allowed me to grow and finally be able share these simple yet transformative practices.
I am an accredited Awareness Coach with the Centre for Mindful Living and a qualified Mindfulness and Compassion teacher with Mindfulness UK.
I am also a Graduate of the Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Training Programme with renowned teachers Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.

Daily /Weekly Mindfulness & Meditation Classes (London Area & Beyond)

Trip Unwind offers daily drop in meditation classes in house for hotels.

These classes are often designed to help guests relax, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being as they can be easily integrated as part of their fitness and wellbeing programs.

Morning Meditation classes

Let your guests engage in a morning meditation practice that can positively impact their overall well-being and set a positive tone for the rest of the day.

We are here to help hoteliers and their guests developing a morning meditation routine that can be a valuable investment in our mental and emotional well-being.

Benefits of morning meditation include enhanced mood, improved focus and concentration.

Evening Meditation classes

Evening meditation provides an opportunity to release accumulated stress and tension from the day. It serves as a way to unwind and transition from the busyness of daily activities to a more relaxed state. It is recommended especially for corporate guests as the relaxation induced by evening meditation can contribute to a more restful and rejuvenating night's sleep.

It is also beneficial to leisure travellers as it gives an opportunity for taking time for reflection and gratitude keeping the focus on the positive aspects of the day.

Mindfulness Workshops

Trip Unwind provides valuable Mindfulness Workshops for companies. Workshops can last between 2 hours to a full day and normally include a talk on the origin and benefits of mindfulness, some useful practices and feedback time.

The areas we cover in a workshop are varied and by no means exhaustive:

Mindfulness Journeys by Trip Unwind

Our Mindfulness Journeys are immersive experiences or programs designed to help individuals cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being.

Trip Unwind offers the opportunity to get participants started with this amazing practice or to further explore it by leading mindfulness journeys around the world.
Trip Unwind is partnering with hoteliers, retreat centres, incoming operators as well as other Wellbeing providers, including qualified nutritionists and yoga teachers, to craft journeys where participants can truly rest, recharge and eventually transform.

Mindfulness journeys go beyond the practice of mindfulness alone and aim to facilitate personal transformation and growth. These journeys often incorporate mindfulness practices as a foundational element but may also include a variety of activities, teachings, and experiences designed to foster self-discovery, interconnectedness, resilience, inner wisdom and positive change.

Daily meditation sessions, mindfulness classes, mindful movement, excursions to natural or culturally significant sites, as well as adventure activities such as hiking, or nature exploration become all practices aimed at cultivating present-moment awareness.

Furthermore, group activities, discussions, reflections and shared experiences aim at fostering a sense of community among participants, which contribute to mutual support and encouragement during the transformative journey.

The Body Scan Practice

Every Thursday at 8:15pm BST

The Body Scan practice is one of the most effective to bring relaxation to your body, to better focus your attention and improve sleep.
The practice.
Join me every Thursday for a 40 minutes complimentary body scan session to reconnect with your physical self and start your journey into Mindfulness. Take time to create a safe and quiet space for yourself where you feel supported and nourished. The practice can be done both seated on a chair or even better lying down, just make sure to find a comfortable place when we start the practice.

Mindfulness To Work 6 Weeks Online Course- Special Offer

The Mindfulness to Work course meets every week for 6 weeks, every Monday between 6.30pm and 8pm, starting Monday 27th July.
There are daily mindfulness sessions every day Monday to Friday at 8.00-8.30am to help all participants to start developing their practice.
There is a half day class on Sunday 23rd August between the 4th and 5th week, from 10am to 2pm.
